Mom said that southern In and KY got the worst of the snow. Many are aout of electricity and have been for a week. Southern people in poor areas usually have a wood burning stove. As long as they have that they can cook and melt snow for water. You should watch the movie Idiocracy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idiocracy. This storm is a fine example of why KY stays stupid. All the wealthy smart people die off in poor conditions. LOL!
